Hi, my name is Diane as a National Certified Activity Director since 2006 I have over twenty years working with seniors in all areas of memory care Alzheimer’s strokes and physical limitations. I worked side by side with an Occupational and Physical Therapist in Adult Day Health Facilities Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. I completed education as a Physical Therapy Aide and worked for an outpatient Physical Therapy Center. I am currently the owner of ActiveCare In-Home Services we offer home care for seniors to enable our senior population to remain in their homes for as long as possible. My goal for all senior residents is to engage in meaningful activities that touch on the social, mental, physical and spiritual health. Senior fitness and physical recreation activities are an important part of my program.
