My name is Paula I am a caregiver, I’ve been a senior care provider in the Sacramento community for many years.
Caregiving is a profession that is not only rewarding but something I Truly enjoy.
I would like to share a brief story about one of the people I care for. Her name is Lois.
I have been providing in-home care for Lois for the past two years. She is more than just my client; she has made my life very worthwhile. She has taught me how to pay attention to detail. How to make sure doctor’s appointments on time and to take notes.
Lois is mainly light care, but sometimes it can also be challenging. Lois can manage most stuff and only requires help at a minimal level at times. She is very attentive to detail and wants everything on paper so if she forgets she can look it up.
Lois is warm, caring and a very kind hearted person.
She brings so much joy to my life. Lois makes your day. The thing I most enjoy is listening to her stories from her childhood or how she and her husband met in Santa Barbara while attending college, raising her 3 children in Sacramento and still lives here with full family support.
Being a senior care provider for Lois is easy
Lois has a big heart, she and I have a strong bond.
She is more than just a person I give care to.
Paula has been with ActiveCare In-Home Services for three years. We appreciate her talent and good nature. Thank you for all that you do. Last October Paula was presented with our Caregiver of the Month award. We are so very lucky to have her on our team. We look forward to her continued service.
Way to go, Paula, You are an awesome senior care provider
Thank you
